Ingredients

  •   1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into wedges
  •   olive oil spray
  •   freshly ground black pepper
  •   4 x 200g scotch fillet steaks
  •   2 bunches broccolini
  •   1 packet Continental® Steak Diane Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Place the sweet potato onto a paper lined baking tray, lightly spray with oil and season with black pepper. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, or until browned and tender.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat fry pan to moderately hot. Lightly spray steaks with oil and cook for 2-3 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from pan and allow to rest in a warm place.
  3. Place the broccolini into a steamer for 2 minutes, or until just tender.
  4. Prepare the Steak Diane Sauce following packet instructions.
  5. Serve each steak with vegetables and Diane Sauce.
